Introduction: The most common lesions of jugular vein dilatation are aneurysms and ectasia. A aneurysm is less compare to an arterial in adults. Because the rare incidence, treatment guidelines primarily associated with timing surgery not clearly established. Proper can reduce patient complaints without excessive intervention.
 Case report: 54 years old woman complained swelling right neck that started three ago cephalgia for two years. From CT angiography, we obtained a 2.3 cm. During periodic evaluation from ultrasonography doppler, there no increase size vein.
 Conclusion: Jugular presenting adults infrequent phenomenon. It benign condition, conservative observation advised. should be operated only if symptomatic or progressive enlarging. examination must done evaluate before surgical decision
